These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Dee Graham (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and the client (“you” or “client”) for all bespoke tailoring, wardrobe building services, and associated transactions.

By engaging our services or creating an account with us, you agree to these Terms.

Consultations and Orders

All garments and services are made to your specifications following a consultation process. By confirming an order, you acknowledge and accept the product description, fabric choice, and pricing.

Fabric and Material Disclaimer

We use only the finest natural fabrics. Please note that minor irregularities, color variances, or natural imperfections in fabric are to be expected and are not considered faults. These characteristics are intrinsic to artisanal, luxury tailoring and enhance the uniqueness of each garment.

Payment Terms

Full or partial payment is required to initiate any order.

Payment can be made by card, bank transfer, or via your Dee Graham account (if applicable).

For time-sensitive events (e.g. weddings), full payment is required regardless of event cancellation. All garments will be produced as commissioned.

Account Funds & Usage

Funds deposited into a Dee Graham account are held solely for the purchase of Dee Graham products and tailoring services.

Account funds are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cash withdrawals or usage of funds for non-Dee Graham products or services is strictly prohibited.

Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our service, cancellations after order confirmation are not eligible for refund. If fitting schedules are missed or delayed by the client, completion timelines may be impacted.

Marketing Communications

By providing your email address or contact details, you grant us permission to use your information for direct communications, updates, and marketing purposes. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in the message.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for attending fittings and providing accurate measurements when requested. Delays in providing necessary information or feedback may affect delivery timelines.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be made available through our website or upon request.

Governing Law

These Terms and all services provided shall be governed by the laws of Ireland (or relevant jurisdiction), and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
